Guidelines\n\t\t<\/h2>\n\t\t<h3>\n\t\t\tRoom Rates\n\t\t<\/h3>\n\t\t\t<ul><li><strong>SINGLE SUPPLEMENT: PLUS 30%<\/strong><\/li><li>We have a minimum 2 night stay policy.<\/li><li>Kosi Forest Lodge is accessible by 4&#215;4 vehicles only. Twice daily 4&#215;4 transfers are offered at an additional charge from our pickup point in Manguzi to the lodge.<\/li><li>Children over 18 cannot share a room with 2 adults due to the size of the extra beds.<\/li><li>Babysitters are available and need to be booked 24 hours in advance.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\n\t\t<h3>\n\t\t\tPark Fees &#038; Transfers\n\t\t<\/h3>\n\t\t\t<ul><li>Park fees charged per person per stay<\/li><li>Transfer rates quoted on a one way trip with a minimum charge for 2 persons<\/li><li>Kosi Forest Lodge is accessible by 4&#215;4 vehicles only. Twice daily 4&#215;4 transfers are offered at an additional charge from our pick up point in Manguzi to the lodge. Secure parking is available for your vehicle at the pickup point.<\/li><li>The pick up times are 12h00 &amp; 16h00 daily.<\/li><li>These transfers must be pre-booked with our reservations department. If you require a pickup time outside of the standard transfer times these can be arranged at an additional cost.<\/li><li>Should a road transfer necessitate that the driver spends a night at the lodge the driver&#8217;s accommodation at the lodge is not included in the transfer rate.<\/li><li>The transfer rates are one way except where noted.<\/li><li>The minimum charge for land transfers is the single rate x 2 even if only 1 pax is travelling the charge will be calculated on 2 pax travelling.<\/li><li>If a guest is travelling alone and other guests are booked on the same transfer, then the single supplement will be waivered. However if the guest ends up being the only person booked on the transfer due to other guests changes, then the single supplement charge will be incurred which is double the single rate.<\/li><li>These net rates include VAT where applicable.<\/li><li>The vehicles are air-conditioned except 4&#215;4 vehicles which are open.<\/li><li>Transfer rates exclude park entrance fees.<\/li><li>The latest pick up time from Richards Bay is 15h30 &#8211; last available 4&#215;4 transfer from Manguzi to the lodge is 18h00 (extra cost).<\/li><li>All transfers need to be booked three days prior to travelling.<\/li><li>All rates quoted are subject to change, without prior notice.<\/li><li>Our standard cancellation policy applies to transfers.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.kosiforestlodge.co.za\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/14\/2022\/07\/KosiForestLodge_-157_Crpv2.jpg\" alt=\"KosiForestLodge_-157_Crpv2\" itemprop=\"image\" height=\"759\" width=\"1920\" title=\"KosiForestLodge_-157_Crpv2\" onerror=\"this.style.display='none'\"  \/>\n\t\t<h2>\n\t\t\tt + C&#8217;s\n\t\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t<p>Booking Terms<br \/>&amp; Conditions<\/p>\t\t\n\t<p>Please view our booking terms and conditions for details.<\/p>\n\t\t<h3>\n\t\t\tMINIMUM STAY POLICY\n\t\t<\/h3>\n\t\t\t<ul><li>2 night minimum stay year round at Rhino Ridge Safari Lodge, Thonga Beach Lodge, Kosi Forest Lodge and Tsowa Safari Island.<\/li><li>3 night minimum stay from 15 December to 15 January at Thonga Beach Lodge.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\n\t\t<h3>\n\t\t\tBOOKING &#038; PAYMENT TERMS\n\t\t<\/h3>\n\t\t\t<ul><li>In order to con\ufb01rm your booking, a 50% deposit must be paid within 2 working days of making the booking.<\/li><li>By confirming your booking and paying the deposit you also agree to our terms and conditions which then becomes binding.<\/li><li>We reserve the right to cancel and release a booking if the 50% deposit is not paid within 2 working days.<\/li><li>The balance of the booking is payable no later than 7 days prior to arrival at the lodge with all sundry and incidental charges incurred to be paid on departure.<\/li><li>We adhere strictly to the cancellation policy as stipulated below due to the fact that we run small lodges in remote locations and cancellations, even of just two people, can have a significant effect on the operations of the lodges.<\/li><li>Please note all family rooms carry a minimum charge of 2 adults and 1 child age 12.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\n\t\t<h3>\n\t\t\tCANCELLATION POLICY\n\t\t<\/h3>\n\t\t\t<p>Applicable to all confirmed reservations, except groups<br \/>Cancellations must be received in writing via email to res@isibindi.co.za.
